Garfield Campbell
Founder & Managing Partner
Garfield Campbell is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in hotel operations, sales, marketing, Six Sigma, and development. Most recently, he served as President of A&R Hospitality Management, where he led a high-performing team to record-breaking revenue and profitability—even through the challenges of the COVID-19 era. His leadership philosophy is rooted in putting people first, building smart systems, and holding leaders accountable to frontline excellence—principles that consistently drive strong morale and high retention.
As Managing Partner of StanfordG Hospitality, Garfield brings a national track record of guiding diverse hotel teams and ownership groups through complex operational challenges. His experience spans full-service, select-service, extended stay, and premium lifestyle properties, with deep expertise in major brand families including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Wyndham.
Garfield has held senior leadership roles across all regions of the U.S.—including Alaska—giving him a nuanced understanding of urban, suburban, and tertiary market dynamics. Known for his ability to listen deeply, assess root causes, and deliver customized, performance-driven solutions, Garfield is committed to helping owners uncover untapped potential and achieve sustainable growth.

Bob Geller
VP, Sales Training & Remote Sales

Bob Geller is a distinguished hospitality sales leader with over 35 years of experience driving revenue and leading high-performance teams across the U.S. His career spans a wide range of hotel types, including lifestyle, luxury, branded, soft-branded, condo, golf, conference center, and focused-service properties.
Bob has held strategic sales leadership roles with many of the industry's most respected brands, including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, and Wyndham. His expertise lies in revitalizing underperforming assets and delivering growth in room nights, RevPAR, and catering revenue.
At the core of Bob’s success is his results-driven approach and his ability to build and mentor cohesive, accountable sales teams. His specialties include strategic account management, business transient sales, tour & travel, wholesale, and agency relations.
Bob now brings his wealth of knowledge to StanfordG Hospitality, where he leads training, onboarding, and execution strategy for the Remote Sales team, ensuring each client receives disciplined, data-backed outreach and market engagement tailored to today's customer buying behavior.

Bill Toole
VP, Business Development
Bill Toole is a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience in operations, sales, marketing, and revenue management. Over his career, he has held key roles including General Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Vice President, and Hotel Consultant. Known for his strategic, results-driven approach, Bill specializes in delivering profitable revenue solutions tailored to each market.
He has successfully led hotel initiatives across the U.S., with notable work in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana, and Texas. Bill’s focus is not just on driving business—but on securing the right business to maximize revenue and long-term value.
Based in Raleigh, NC, Bill brings nationwide insight, a deep commitment to client success, and a proven ability to craft impactful sales and marketing strategies that deliver immediate, measurable results for Stanford G and its partners.

Jerry D'Acquisto
VP, Talent and Compensation
Jerry D’Acquisto brings over two decades of expertise in hospitality, HR, and business strategy to his role as Vice President of Talent and Compensation at StanfordG. He leads our efforts to recruit top talent and design competitive compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain high performers.
From executive HR roles at Joe Hudson’s Collision Center to A&R Group, Jerry has a proven track record of driving results cutting labor costs, optimizing benefits, and building leadership pipelines. His ability to align people strategy with business goals has made him a trusted leader across diverse organizations.
Jerry’s vast industry network and instinct for talent make him a key driver of StanfordG’s continued growth. Operating remotely from Alabama, he brings both precision and heart to our mission of redefining hotel sales support through empowered, inspired teams.
